What we collect

• Messages: when you contact us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp we receive your name, profile picture and the messages you send, so we can reply and process your order.
• Website usage: pages you visit and items you add to cart, collected through cookies and analytics (including the Meta Pixel) to improve the shop and show relevant ads.

How we use it

• To confirm, pack and deliver your order and to contact you about it.
• To answer your questions and provide customer support.
• To send you updates about your order (SMS, WhatsApp or Messenger).

Sharing

We share your delivery details only with our courier partners to deliver your order, and with payment providers when you pay online. We never sell your personal information.

Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time. Send a message to our page or email us (see below) with the subject "Delete my data" and we will remove your information within 7 days, except records we are legally required to keep.
