Exchange

You can exchange a product within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags.
Size or colour exchanges depend on stock availability.

Refund

If we delivered a wrong or damaged product, we will replace it or refund the full amount, including delivery charges.
For change-of-mind returns, the delivery charge is not refundable.
Refunds are made through bKash/Nagad or bank transfer within 3–7 working days after we receive the product.
