Orders
- An order is confirmed when we contact you (call, SMS, WhatsApp or Messenger) and you confirm it.
- Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change without notice; the price at the time of order applies.
- We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or the delivery details cannot be verified.
Delivery
- Delivery charges are shown at checkout and depend on your location (inside / outside Dhaka).
- Typical delivery time is 1–3 working days inside Dhaka and 2–5 working days elsewhere.
- Please check the parcel at the time of delivery.
Payment
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Bangladesh. Online payment (bKash / Nagad) may also be offered at checkout.
